手足口病病例密切接触者和健康人群肠道病毒带毒率调查

目的:了解广东省手足口病病例密切接触者和健康人群肠道病毒带毒状况。方法:选取广东省珠三角和非珠三角两个地区手足口病病例密切接触者及健康人群作为调查对象,采集标本进行病原学检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果:密切接触者和健康人群之间EV71(P<0.05)、CoxA16(P<0.01)各自的阳性率差异有统计意义;珠三角和非珠三角两地区密切接触者EV(P<0.05)、CoxA16(P<0.05)以及两地区健康人群EV(P<0.01)各自的阳性率差异有统计意义。结论:广东省手足口病病例密切接触者EV71和Cox-A16感染率高于健康人群;健康人群以携带非EV71非CoxA16肠道病毒为主。

Investigation on the carrying rate of enterovirus in healthy population and close contacts of HFMD cases

Objective:To study the carrying rate of enterovirus in healthy population and close contacts of HFMD cases in Guangdong Province.Methods: The samples from healthy population and close contacts of HFMD cases in Guangdong Province(Pearl River Delta region and non-Pearl River Delta region) were collected for identification and the detection data were analyzed by using statistical software.Results: There were significant differences in the positive rates of EV71(P<0.05) and CoxA16(P<0.01) between healthy population and close contacts;The positive rates of EV(P<0.05)and CoxA16(P<0.05) in close contacts in Pearl River Delta region were higher than those in non-Pearl River Delta region,and there was a significant difference in the positive rate of EV(P<0.01) in healthy population between the two regions too.Conclusion: The infection rates of EV71 and CoxA16 in close contacts of HFMD cases were significantly higher than those in healthy population in Guangdong Province;The healthy population mainly carried the enterovirus of non-EV71 and non-CoxA16.
