慢性乙型肝炎患者血清补体C3和C4检测的临床意义再探讨

目的:再次探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者血清补体C3和C4检测的临床意义。方法:通过德灵BNⅡ特种蛋白仪检测慢性乙型肝炎患者和健康对照者C3和C4血清学水平,分析C3和C4在不同病情及不同HBV-DNA拷贝数慢性乙型肝炎患者中表达水平的差异。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者的血清补体C3和C4水平较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05),特别是补体C3在病情较重和HBV-DNA复制活跃时下降明显。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者补体C3和C4血清学水平反应病情轻重,且受体内HBV-DNA负向调节。

Further study on clinical significance of complement 3 and complement 4 in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective:To further study the clinical significance of complement 3(C3) and complement 4(C4)in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Serum C3 and C4 levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B and healthy individuals were measured by Behring nephelometer systems(BNⅡ),the difference of serum C3 and C4 among chronic hepatitis B patients at different stages and different HBV-DNA load were analyzed.Results:The serum C3 and C4 levels were lower in patients with chronic hepatitis B as compared to healthy individuals(P<0.05),especially the serum C3 level significantly decreased in patients with severe chronic hepatitis B and high HBV-DNA load.Conclusion:The serum complement level is associated with the disease progression in chronic hepatitis B patients,and it can be negatively regulated by HBV-DNA.
