| 摘 要： | 用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ免疫印迹技术检测了接触室内煤烟的肺癌患者１９例（肺癌组）和未患肺癌者２２例（非肺癌组）以及不接触煤烟的未患肺癌者１９例（对照组）血清中的ｒａｓｐ２１癌基因蛋白和ｐ５３抑癌基因蛋白。结果显示：肺癌组血清中ｐ２１和ｐ５３蛋白含量明显高于其他两组人群（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）；肺癌组ｐ２１和ｐ５３蛋白阳性样品数各为６例，非肺癌组ｐ２１蛋白阳性样品数为２例。验证了本室以前采用酶联免疫斑点法进行初步筛检的结果，表明血清中癌基因蛋白和抑癌基因蛋白可作为环境相关肺癌的生物标志。本文还讨论了上述两种免疫学检测方法的适用条件和优缺点
