| 摘 要： | 运用气相色谱－质谱法（ＧＣ－ＭＳ）同时测定氟乙酰胺及毒鼠强，对其分离条件、提取方法、定性定量方式进行了研究。氟乙酰胺及毒鼠强的线性范围分别为５￣４０和０．５￣２０．０μｇ／ｍｌ，２种化合物在不同的样品中（固体、液体、油样）的回收率分别为５２．２５％￣９４．３０％和６１．８５％￣９２．５０％。该法快速、灵敏、准确。
