摘    要:健康饮食指数(HEI)和中国膳食平衡指数(DBI)都是依据膳食指南而建立的、衡量总体膳食质量的评价方法。本文从建立依据和发展、评分体系和方法、应用及优缺点等方面对HEI和DBI两种膳食质量指数的特点进行综述。

Abstract:The evaluation methods of Both health eating index (HEI) and China diet balance index (DBI) were established based on dietary guidelines of diet quality. The characteristics of HEI and DBI were reviewed from several aspects of establishment foundation and development, scoring system and methods, application, advantages and disadvantages.
