| 摘 要： | 双向电泳 (2 - DE)是蛋白质组研究的核心技术 ,本文重点介绍了 2 - DE的原理、样品制备及常用改善分辨率的方法 ,并对一向等电聚焦、二向十二烷基磺酸钠 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳以及凝胶染色方法进行了简要介绍。

| Abstract: | Two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE) is the core technology of pr ot eom study. This paper mainly introduces the 2-DE principle, sample preparation a nd usual methods to improve its resolving power. Furthermore, isoelectric focusi ng, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and 2-DE staining methods are also reviewed. |
