妊娠期糖尿病合并感染的相关因素分析

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)合并感染的诱发因素,为临床制定防治干预措施提供依据。方法:通过查阅病历和问卷调查,对138例GDM患者发生感染的情况和部位进行分析,同时选择徐州市第一人民医院同期110例正常妊娠妇女进行对照,应用多元Logistic回归分析两组合并感染与孕周及血糖水平的关系。结果:GDM组感染发生率为63.77%,明显高于对照组的10.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),GDM患者多发生皮肤感染,血糖水平越高抗感染能力越弱,感染在孕中期发生率最高,产褥期发生感染最少,有7例在不同时期都出现过感染。结论:GDM患者较易感染,控制血糖、合理饮食、加强孕期卫生保健是预防感染的重要措施。
