4386例妇女妇科普查子宫肌瘤发病情况分析

目的: 探讨妇女子宫肌瘤发病率及有关因素。方法: 由专人负责按照妇科普查内容, 对普查对象逐个询问病史, 常规妇科检查及B超检查。结果: 2002~2003年, 妇科普查 4 386例, 查出子宫肌瘤 388例, 患病率 8 .85% (388 /4 386),40~49岁患病率最高 (21 .87% ), 29岁以下患病率最低 (1 .46% ), P<0 .000 5。未孕者进行妇科普查 74例, 未查出子宫肌瘤, 已孕者进行妇科普查 4 312例, 查出子宫肌瘤 388例, P<0 .000 5。普查中还查出患妇科炎症 655例, 子宫肌瘤 388例中查出患妇科炎症 126例。结论: 子宫肌瘤的发生与妇女的年龄及是否怀孕密切相关, 因此提高妇女预防保健措施对妇女健康十分重要。

Analysis on the incidence of hysteromyoma in 4 386 women by gynecological mass screening

Objective:To explore the incidence of hysteromyoma and its relative factors.Methods:The person specially assigned for asking the problem-focused history of every woman according to gynecological mass contents and conducted routine gynecological and ultrasound B examination.Results:The incidence of hysteromyoma was 8.85%(388/4 386), and the incidence at 40~49 years was the highest (21.87%), that below 29 years old was the lowest (1.46%) (P<0.000 5).There were no hysteromyoma in 47 cases of un-pregnancy, 388 cases were detected with hysteromyoma in the 4 312 women who had been pregnant (P<0.000 5); There were 655 cases with gynecological inflammation.Of 388 cases with hysteromyoma, there were 126 cases with gynecological inflammation.Conclusion:The incidence of hysteromyoma should be closed related to woman's age and pregnancy.Therefore, to improve health prevention and protection measures should be very important for woman's health.
