| 摘 要： | 目的:初步研究我国产妇不同时段母乳中溶菌酶含量,为了解我国产妇人群的基本资料奠定基础。方法:采用ELISA法检测溶菌酶含量。结果:母乳中溶菌酶含量在初乳组最高,其次是成熟乳组,过渡乳组最低;其中两两比较:初乳与成熟乳、过渡乳溶菌酶含量比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);成熟乳与过渡乳溶菌酶含量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);过渡乳组溶菌酶含量与初乳组呈正相关,而与成熟乳组无明显相关性。3组的溶菌酶含量测定值均低于国外报道,尤其是初乳中溶菌酶含量更低。结论:应用ELISA法检测溶菌酶含量具有通量高,所需样本体积量少的优点,将来可以推广应用于大样本人群的调查研究。 |
