| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨平衡发育疗法在脑瘫训练中的应用及其对患儿运动功能的影响。方法:将80例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用传统的运动疗法,观察组采用平衡发育疗法。每天治疗1次,30天为一疗程,共3个疗程。采用粗大运动量表(GMFM-88)对两组治疗前后的粗大运动功能进行评估。结果:治疗3个月后,两组患儿的GMFM评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),但观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平衡发育疗法效果优于传统的运动疗法,能更有效地提高脑瘫患儿运动功能。
