| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者治疗策略的选择及影响因素。方法:选择2005年8月～2009年5月在赣州市人民医院妇产科不孕不育门诊就诊的76例多囊卵巢综合征患者,分研究组(达因-35+二甲双胍预处理组)39例,对照组(直接促排卵组)37例;研究组予达因-35+二甲双胍预处理3～6月,复查血促黄体生成素、睾酮、胰岛素正常后予促排卵,指导同房,对照组直接予促排卵指导同房;观察2组的排卵率、妊娠率、流产率。结果:研究组的排卵率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠率、流产率与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者经达因-35联合二甲双胍预处理后,可明显提高患者的妊娠率,降低流产率。
