60例子宫肌瘤介入治疗的中长期疗效评价

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的中长期疗效和安全性。方法:选取2007年1月～2008年1月就诊并进行介入治疗的子宫肌瘤患者共60例,于术前及术后3、6、12个月采用B超测量,记录子宫及子宫肌瘤大小的变化。结果:介入治疗后3、6、12个月,患者子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积均逐渐缩小(P0.05);患者临床症状多在介入治疗后有不同程度的缓解,尤以月经改变、经量增多者改善最为显著;患者FSH、LH和E2水平与治疗前相比差异均无统计学意义;所有患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤疗效好,并发症少,可保留子宫,值得在临床继续推广。

Evaluation of medium and long term efficacy of interventional therapy in 60 patients with hysteromyoma
