摘    要:目的:研究孕早期稽留流产的患者孕前、孕早期电脑操作的情况,探讨电脑操作对孕早期胚胎死亡、稽留流产的影响。方法:根据孕早期稽留流产患者未电脑操作/d,电脑操作1h/d以内,电脑操作1~4h/d,电脑操作4 h/d以上,统计孕前3个月以外,孕前3个月以内,孕早期引起稽留流产的百分率并进行分析。结果:孕前3个月以外电脑操作埘妊娠流产影响极小(P>0.05),孕前3个月以内电脑操作1~4 h/d,孕时电脑操作1 h/d以内对妊娠流产有一定的影响,孕前3个月以内电脑操作,4h/d以上或孕时电脑操作1 h/d以上,胚胎死亡的可能性极大(P<0.01)。结论:电脑操作对妊娠胚胎的危害是客观存在的。作为孕前宣教的一个重要内容,优生优育的重要部分,就是要求"准妈妈"们远离电脑。

Abstract:To describe the state of the patient with missed abortion using computer and to evaluate the effect of using computer on the embryonic death rate and the occurrence of missed abortion. Methods: The patient with missed abortion were divided into ascended four groups according the time using computer (not using computer, using computer one hour a day. one to four hours a day and above four hours a day). The occurrence of missed abortion before and within three months progestation, early fetation was analysed. Results: The occurrence of missed abortion before three months progestation using computer is the smallest (P>0. 05) . The occurrence of missed abortion using computer one to four hour a day within three months progestation and using computer one hour a day during early fetation ascended. The embryonic death rate of using computer above four hours a day within three months progestation and above one hour during early festation ascended notablely. Conclusion: The effection on gestational embryo using computer was present objectively. Making the quasimummy to learn that not using computer is important within three months progestation and during early fetation.
