山西省百姓生殖健康促进工程实施情况

目的调查山西省百姓生殖健康促进工程实施情况。方法2019年3-4月对山西省117个县(区)的妇幼保健院保健部负责人和计划生育协会组织负责人234人、妇幼保健院从事生殖健康服务工作人员702人、村计生服务员和乡镇计生专干1170人开展问卷调查,对比项目县和非项目县开展生殖健康咨询服务的情况。结果项目县妇幼保健院、妇幼保健院工作人员及计生服务员、计生专干开展生殖健康咨询服务的情况均明显优于非项目县,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2016—2019年山西省孕产妇死亡率和婴儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,山西省项目县孕产妇HIV感染率和孕产妇梅毒感染率均低于非项目县。结论山西省实施百姓生殖健康促进工程取得了明显成效,要及时总结试点工作经验,把一些可复制、可推广的成功经验和有效做法用制度的形式固化下来,向全省推广普及。

Investigation on implementation of reproductive health promotion project in Shanxi Province

Objective To investigate implementation of reproductive health promotion project in Shanxi Province.Methods From March to April in 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 234 persons in charge of health care department and Family Planning Association in 117 counties(districts),702 persons engaged in reproductive health services in municipal maternal and child health care hospitals,1170 village family planning attendants and township family planning professionals to compare the situations of reproductive health consulting services in project counties and non-project counties.Results The implementation of reproductive health consulting services in maternal and child health care hospitals,staff of maternal and child health care hospitals,family planning attendants and family planning specialists in project counties were statistically significantly better than those in non-project counties(P<0.05).From 2016 to 2019,maternal mortality and infant mortality in Shanxi Province showed downward trends year by year.HIV infection rate and syphilis infection rate of pregnant women in project counties were lower than those in non-project counties.Conclusion Shanxi Province has achieved remarkable results in implementing the project of promoting reproductive health of the people.The experience of the pilot work should be summarized in time,some successful experiences and effective practices that can be replicated and popularized should be solidified in the form of system,then they can be popularized to the whole province.
