| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Snodgrass手术治疗尿道下裂的疗效。方法:对30例行Snodgrass手术的尿道下裂患儿行回顾性分析,年龄1～11岁,平均年龄3.5岁,其中阴茎头型22例,阴茎体型8例。结果:4例发生尿道狭窄,1例发生尿瘘。结论:Snodgrass手术保留了尿道板,操作简单,并发症少,手术成形效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the results of Snodgrass operation for the repair of hypospadias.Methods:30 patients with hypospadias were underwent Snodgrass operation. Their ages ranged from 1 to 11 years.The type of hypospadias were glands (n=5), penile shaft (n=6),and scrotal (n=2).Results:Urethral fistula occurred in 1 patients, there were 4 patients occurred postoperative structure.Conclusion:Excellent functional and cosmetic results with fewer complications can be gained by using Snodgrass operation for patients with hypospadias. |
