彩色多普勒阴道超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的临床价值

目的:评价彩色多普勒阴道超声对剖宫产后子宫疤痕部位妊娠(CSP)早期诊断的价值和意义。方法:采用彩色多普勒阴道超声声像图特征进行分析,重点观察孕囊或包块的位置,测量孕囊下缘与子宫壁峡部切口的距离,测量孕囊或包块的大小、形态及血流情况。结果:经彩色多普勒阴道超声检查1208例患者,检出剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠41例,其中孕囊型33例,混合回声包块型7例,中孕引产胎盘植入1例,检出率为3.4%。结论:经彩色多普勒阴道超声对剖宫产子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Clinical value of color Doppler transvaginal ultrasonography for diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section

Objective: To evaluate the value and significance of color Doppler transvaginal ultrasonography for diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) after cesarean section.Methods: The imaging characteristics were analyzed by color Doppler transvaginal ultrasonography,the locations of gestational sac or masses were observed,the distance between inferior margin of gestational sac and incision of uterine isthmus was measured,the size,morphology and blood flow of gestational sac or masses were measured.Results: A total of 1 208 patients received color Doppler transvaginal ultrasonography,41 patients were found with CSP,including 33 patients of gestational sac types 7 patients of mixed-echogenicity solid mass type and one patient of placenta implantation after induced labor during the second trimester of pregnancy,the detection rate of CSP was 3.4%.Conclusion: Color Doppler transvaginal ultrasonography has important value for early diagnosis of CSP after cesarean section.
