早产儿发育支持护理模式的构建及应用效果评价

目的:探讨发育支持护理模式对早产儿神经行为及智能运动发育的影响。方法:将117例早产儿随机分为观察组58例,对照组59例。对照组采用传统方法护理,观察组采用发育支持护理模式进行护理。在7～14天对2组早产儿进行神经行为(NBNA)测试;在3、6、12个月采用Gesell发育诊断量表监测观察组与对照组的发育商(DQ)。结果:观察组的NBNA评分高于对照组(P0.01);观察组在适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和社会交往5个能区与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:发育支持护理模式可促进早产儿神经行为及智能运动的发育;父母参与早产儿发育支持护理,既提高了为人父母的信心,又提高了对早产儿的发育支持,且经济、方便、行之有效。

The establishment and effect evaluation of development supportive care model on premature infant

Objective:To study the effect of developmental supportive care(DSC) model on neonatal mental behavior and intellectual motor development.Methods:117 neonatal cases were divided into observing group(n=58) and control group(n=59) randomly.The conventional method was used in control group while DSC model was used in observing group. Then DQ (Develop Quotation) of both CG and DG at 3,6,12 months were checked with Gesell Develop Diagnosis Tool in both two groupsResults:The NBNA score of observing group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).There were significant difference in adaptability,motor,fine movement,language and social community between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:DSC can improve the development of neural behavior and mantel movement in neonatal.Early parents involvement in premature infant DSC not only increases their confidence but also enhance the support on premature infants with cost-effective,convenience and availability.
