56例女性外阴血肿的治疗分析

目的:探讨不同病因引起的外阴血肿的处理方法。方法:对1998年10月～2009年2月收治的56例外阴血肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:56例患者中外阴血肿由外伤引起35例(62.5%)、产伤15例(26.8%)、外阴术后6例(10.7%);48例行手术治愈,8例保守治疗成功。结论:对血肿直径>5cm、有继续出血倾向的闭合性损伤主要采取手术治疗,血肿直径≤5cm的闭合性损伤可行保守治疗。

Analysis on treatment of female episiohematoma in 56 cases

Objective:To explore the treatment of episiohematoma induced by different causes.Methods:The clinical data of 56 cases with episiohematoma were analyzed from October 1998 to February 2009.Results:Among 56 cases with episiohematoma,35 cases(62.5%)were induced by trauma,15 cases(26.8%)were induced by birth injury and 6 cases(10.7%)were induced by operation on vulva;48 cases were treated with surgery and 8 cases received conservative therapy successfully.Conclusion:For the cases with closed injury(diameter hematoma>5 cm,having the tendency of bleeding),surgery is the main method;for the cases with closed injury(diameter hematoma≤5 cm),conservative therapy is suitable.
