1996～2005年异位妊娠发病趋势分析

目的:分析本院10年来异位妊娠(EP)的发病趋势变化。方法:对本院10年来1895例EP发病患者的情况进行回顾性分析。结果:①在<20岁年龄段发病总例数中,后5年比前5年显著增加(χ2=19.07,P<0.01)。②BMI<20者比BMI在20～25之间及BMI>25者,有显著性差异(χ2=107.19,P<0.01)。③近3年908例EP患者经等级相关分析,流产史、盆腔粘连、输卵管手术史、术中发现输卵管发育异常与EP发病间均有非线性相关(P<0.01)。结论:本院近10年来EP的发病呈逐步增长趋势,而近5年<20岁的年轻患者的构成比前5年增加,体型偏瘦者发病增加,患者流产史、盆腔粘连、输卵管手术史、术中发现输卵管发育异常等与EP发病呈相关性。

Study on the incidence trends of the ectopic pregnancy from 1996 to 2005

Objective:To study the incidence trends of the ectopic pregnancy patients of our hospital in the past decade.Methods:1895 cases of EP in past 10 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:①The component ratio of the patients who were younger than 20 years old in the near 5 years was higher than the past 5 years.②The cases of BMI less than 20 years old were more than the patients of BMI between 20~25 years old and those of more than 26 years old.③908 cases of EP in the near three years were studied by grade relation analysis.Abortion histories,inflammatory adhensions of the pelvis,operations of the fallopian tubes and abnormal developments of fallopian tubes were statistically correlated with EP.Conclusion:The incidences of EP cases of our hospital are higher and higher in the past decade and the patinas younger than 20 years old in the near 5 years are more than the past 5 years.The thinner patients are more likely to have EP diseases.The patient's histories of abortions,pelvic adhensions,fallopian tube's operations and abnormal developments of fallopian tubes are all statistically correlate with EP.
