喀什地区伽师县克孜勒博依乡维吾尔族女性对宫颈癌知识的调查

目的:探讨宫颈癌高发区喀什地区伽师县克孜勒博依乡维吾尔族妇女对宫颈癌有关知识的认知程度。方法:对1 000例新疆喀什地区伽师县克孜勒博依乡维吾尔族妇女进行问卷调查。结果:①1 000例维吾尔族妇女中农民占94.3%,53.3%的妇女以小学文化为主,53.8%的妇女家庭年收入为5 000～10 000元,5 000以下占40.3%。②农村维吾尔族妇女对宫颈癌的相关信息的了解程度很低,当地妇女中91.4%的妇女一生中未做过涂片,当地所有的维吾尔族均不知道HPV有关的任何信息。③宫颈癌知晓率与职业有关,随着文化程度的提高,当地妇女对宫颈癌的知晓率升高。结论:农村维吾尔族对宫颈癌知识的匮乏、缺乏定期体检意识等因素可能导致维吾尔族宫颈癌发病率高的主要原因之一,因此新疆维吾尔族宫颈癌干预中健康教育必不可少。

Investigation on knowledge about cervical cancer of Uyghur women from Kashgar Payzawat

Objective:To explore the cognitive degree of Uyghur women from Kashgar Payzawat in Xinjiang to related knowledge of cervical cancer.Methods:A questionnaire investigation was performed among 1 000 Uyghur women from Kashgar Payzawat.Results:Among 1 000 Uyghur women,the proportion of peasants was 94.3%,the educational level of 53.3% of the women was primary school educational level,the family annual income of 53.8% of the women was 5 000-10 000 Yuan,the women with family annual income less than 5 000 Yuan accounted for 40.3%.The cognitive degree of rural Uyghur women for related information of cervical cancer was low,91.4% of the local women didn't receive cervical smear test in life,all the local Uyghur women didn't know any information about HPV.The awareness rate of cervical cancer was related to occupation,which increased with the increase of educational level.Conclusion:Lacking knowledge about cervical cancer and awareness of physical examination regularly may be the main causes of high incidence of cervical cancer,so health education is necessary during intervention of cervical cancer in Uyghur women.
