摘    要:本文对长春市纺织工业系统,接触噪声85~102分贝声级的已婚女工879人,进行了回顾性及现状月经功能调查.结果表明,接触噪声前后,月经功能各项指标有非常明显的差异.染色体结构畸变率观察组比对照组有增高趋势,单体断裂有显著差异(P<0.05),SCE(姊妹染色单体互换)频率,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05).

Abstract:The results of retrospective and present studies on the menstrual functions of 879 married fe-male workers exposed to 85~120 decibel(db)(in Changchun textile system) were reproted. The results presented that the various indicators of menstrual function revealed significant differences between before and after exposure groups. The analysis on the aberration rate of chromosome structure showed the tendency to increase compared to the control,while significant difference (p <0.05) was observed in the number of chromatid breaks, but not frequencies of SCE.
