妇科盆腔囊实性包块的CT诊断

目的:探讨CT对妇科盆腔囊实性包块的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析84例经临床、病理证实的盆腔囊实性包块病人的CT检查影像资料。结果:囊实性包块CT平扫表现为混杂密度,增强后实性部分不同程度强化,囊性部分无强化。与临床及术后病理结果对照,CT定位准确度为98.81%(83/84),良、恶性诊断准确率为91.67%(77/84)。结论:CT在妇科囊实性包块的诊断中,能清晰显示其内部特征及其与周围组织的关系,定位准确率高,密切结合临床病史对定性诊断具有重要价值。

CT diagnosis of pelvic cystic-solid masses in gynecology

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT in pelvic cystic-solid masses in gynecology.Methods:The imaging data of 84 women diagnosed as pelvic cystic-solid masses were analysed retrospectively.Results:CT scanning results:the cystic-solid masses showed mixed density,after enhancement scanning,solid portion of the masses enhanced in different degrees,but the cysts didn't enhanced.The accuracy of CT localization and malignant diagnosis were 98.81%(83/84)and 91.67%,respectively.Conclusion:CT can clearly reveal the inner features of cystic-solid masses and the relationship between the lesions and surrounding tissues,localization of pelvic cystic-solid masses of gynecology is very accurate and qualitative CT diagnosis of these masses is of great value when it is tight combined with the clinical history.
