早期教育与护理对婴儿生长发育效果的家庭跟踪观察

目的:观察早期教育与护理对婴儿生长发育的家庭跟踪效果。方法:将正常出生的足月新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组从出生开始即实施系统、规范的家庭早期教育与护理干预,每月到家中进行体格测量及家庭早期教育训练与护理指导共12次,每3个月来儿童保健门诊进行Gesell婴幼儿发育量表测试共4次。对照组不进行家庭跟踪服务,只做一般体格检查和Gesell婴儿发育量表测试。结果:两组小儿在3、6、9、12个月时的体重、身长发育指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),12月时的发育商观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训前、后家长对早期教育知识的掌握情况分别为28.45%和90.52%,对医务人员家庭跟进服务综合能力的满意度为92.24%。结论:母婴早教技术深入到家庭对于婴儿的生长发育具有促进作用。

The observation on effects of early education and nursing on the growth and development of infants

Objective:To explore the effects of early education on the growth and development of infants.Methods:All infants were assessed to observe group and matched control group by Gesell Developmental Scales(GDS).The system,norm namely family early education and nursing intervention on the growth and development of infants were carried out from the birth.The early education and nursing intervention were done 12 times every month.The family follows service was not done and the general health care was done only for the infants of control group.At 3、6、9、12 months,the physical growth's measure was done for two groups at hospital.Results:The difference of physical growth index between two groups were remarkable(P<0.05).In 12th mouth the DQ of early education group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The rate of mastery on knowledge on early education was 28.45% and 90.52% before training and after training.The satisfaction on the comprehensive service ability of medical personnel was 92.24%.Conclusion:Leading early education and nursing intervention into family has promoting function for the growth and development of infants.
