米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产486例分析

目的 :探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的可行性及安全性。方法 :对经 B超诊断稽留流产的 486例患者 ,口服米非司酮及米索前列醇进行药物流产 ,随机选择同期早、中孕行药物流产 60 0例做对照 ,观察其疗效、排胎时间、阴道出血量及副作用。结果 :研究组完全流产 3 4 1例 ,不全流产 12 3例 ,无效 2 2例 ,总有效率 95.48% ,平均排胎时间 6.2 3± 4.2 6h,出血量 3 5.6± 15.2 6ml,无严重并发症 ,与同期早孕药物流产对照组无显著差异。结论 :米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产与早孕药物流产同样安全可行

Analysis of Mifepristone and Misprostol in curing 486 missed abortion patients

Objective:To eval uate the feasibility and security of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in curing miss ed abortion Methods:Select 486 patients diagnosed as missed abortion with ultrasound ,taking Mifepristone and Misoprostol to abort,and choose 600 pat ients in random as a match group while in the early and middle pregnancy in the same period Observe the effect,abortion time,viginal bleeding dose and side eff ects Results:In the studying group 341 patients complete aborti on,123 patients incomplete abortion,22 patients invalid,the whole utility rate w as 95 48%,the average abortion time was 6 23±4 26 hrs Bleeding dose was 35 60±15 26 ml,without serious complications There was no significant differen ce between two groups Conclusion:Using Mifepristone and M isoprostol in curing missed abortion is as safe as medical abortion in pregnanc y
