中国女性肿瘤家族史与乳腺癌发病风险关系的meta分析

目的:研究我国女性乳腺癌家族史或肿瘤家族史与乳腺癌发病风险的关系和关联强度,为拟合构建中国女性乳腺癌发病风险评估模型提供数据支持。方法:采用meta分析方法对近30年来国内有关乳腺癌家族史或肿瘤家族史与乳腺癌发病关系的文献资料进行定量综合分析,计算合并比值比OR值及其95%CI。结果:综合39篇文献结果,得出乳腺癌家族史与乳腺癌发病关系的合并OR值为2.76(95%CI:2.60～2.94),肿瘤家族史与乳腺癌发病关系的合并OR值为2.23(95%CI:1.86～2.67)。结论:乳腺癌家族史或肿瘤家族史都与乳腺癌发病中等相关,属于乳腺癌发病的高风险人群。

Meta-analysis on the relationship between family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer among Chinese women

Objective:To study the relationship and the strength of association between family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer among Chinese women,provide data support for constructing evaluation model of risk of breast cancer among Chinese women.Methods:Meta-analysis was used to comprehensively and quantitatively analyze the literatures about the relationship between family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer in China in recent 30 years,OR value and 95% CI value were calculated.Results:After analyzing 39 literatures,OR value of family history of breast cancer and the risk of breast cancer was 2.76(95%CI: 2.60-2.94),OR value of family history of tumor and the risk of breast cancer was 2.23(95%CI: 1.86-2.67).Conclusion:Family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor is moderately correlated with the occurrence of breast cancer,the cases with family history of breast cancer or family history of tumor are high risk population of breast cancer.
