大蒜素对子宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响

目的:探讨大蒜素对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响。方法:不同浓度的大蒜素作用于体外培养的Hela细胞,倒置显微镜下观察Hela细胞的形态学变化;采用MTT法检测大蒜素对Hela细胞增殖抑制能力,采用流式细胞术分析大蒜素对Hela细胞凋亡的影响。结果:MTT显示大蒜素能抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,并具有时间-剂量依赖性;流式细胞术测定结果显示50μg/ml浓度的大蒜素可明显诱导Hela细胞凋亡,并将细胞周期阻滞在G2/M期。结论:大蒜素对人宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长有抑制作用,其抑制作用与诱导Hela细胞凋亡和阻抑细胞周期有关。

Effect of allicin on proliferation of carcinoma of cervix uteri Hela cell line in vitro

Objective:To study the effect of allicin on carcinoma of cervix uteri Hela cell line.Methods:The human carcinoma of cervix uteri cell Hela were cultured and treated by allicin in different concentrations in vitro.Morphologic change was observed by inverted microscope.MTT assay was used to test dynamically the effect of the cell growth inhibiting,and the apoptosis rate was analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:The proliferation of human carcinoma of cervix uteri Hela cells were inhibited by allicin.The inhibition was associated with dose and time dependence.Flow cytometry results showed that:When cells were treated with allicin at the concentration of 50 ug/ml,the percentage of G0/G1phase cells was decreased and that of G2/M phase cells was significantly increased compared with those in the control group.Conclusion:Allicin can inhibit the growth rates of human carcinoma of cervix uteri cells Hela and induce its apoptosis.
