成都市未婚女大学生避孕知识认知和行为现状的调查研究

目的了解成都市未婚非医学类女大学生避孕现状,为改进女大学生生殖健康状态、普及安全避孕提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法对成都市2225名非医学类未婚女大学生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果在避孕知识认知情况方面,能够认知科学避孕方式的占比33.0%,高年级或重点高校大学生认知率高于低年级或普通高校大学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。婚前性行为的认知及避孕相关态度和行为方面,高年级学生对于主动了解避孕知识的兴趣、婚前性行为接受度、性行为发生率及意外怀孕率都显著高于低年级学生,普通高校的性行为发生率显著高于重点高校,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成都市女大学生安全避孕及生殖健康状态不太乐观,学校、家庭及社会应该加强对大学生避孕知识的教育,普及生殖及避孕知识,降低意外怀孕率。

Investigation on contraceptive knowledge cognition and behavioral status among unmarried female college students in Chengdu

Objective To investigate contraceptive status of unmarried female college students in Chengdu,provide a scientific basis for improving reproductive health status,promoting safe contraception in unmarried female college students.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 2225 unmarried female college students in Chengdu.The results were analyzed statistically.Results Among 2225 unmarried female college students in Chengdu,33.0%of the unmarried female college students had cognition of scientific contraceptive methods,the cognition rate among senior or key college students was statistically significantly higher than that among junior or ordinary college students(P<0.05).The interest of initiative to understand contraception knowledge,the acceptance of premarital sexual behavior,the incidence rate of sexual behavior,and accidental pregnancy rate among senior college students were statistically significantly higher than those among junior students,the incidence rate of sexual behavior among ordinary college students was statistically significantly higher than that among key college students(P<0.05).Conclusion Safe contraception and reproductive health situation of female college students in Chengdu is not optimistic,schools,families,and the society should strengthen the education of contraceptive knowledge for college students,popularize reproductive and contraceptive knowledge,reduce the rate of unintended pregnancy.
