摘    要:农村孕妇膳食构成以谷类为主,而豆类、动物食品很少。孕期平均热量达到供给量的90%。蛋白质摄入量不足。钙、维生素A、核黄素的平均摄入量明显低于供给量。血清叶酸、维生素B_(12)的水平随孕期进展明显下降。晚期孕妇核黄素、叶酸、维生素B_(12)不足和缺乏的百分比明显高于孕中期。孕晚期贫血的发生率达19.3%。建议妇幼保健工作者加强对农村孕妇营养指导,提倡多食即经济又合理的豆类食品、绿叶蔬菜等。

Abstract:The food of Beijing's rural pregnant women consist of cereals mainly but little beans and animal food and the mean caloricity being used in gestational period reached only 90 per cent of necessary supply. At the same time.the absorbing amount of protein is obviously insufficient ;the mean absorbing quantities of calcium.vitamine A and riboflavin is lower than is needed. Serum levels of folic acid and vitamine B_(12) declined obviously with the process of gestational period. The percentages of insufficiency of riboflavin,folic acid and vitamineB_(12) in pregnant women's body in late-gestational period was higher than mid-gestational period remarkably. Anemia of late-pregnant period women come to 19. 3 per cent. Therefore, the present writer suggests strengthening nutritious instruction to rural pregnant women and encouragespregnant women to absorb more beans and green-leaf vegetables.
