妇幼保健机构人才现状及需求调查

摘    要:目的了解各级妇幼保健机构的人才结构和分布,分析人才需求及特点。方法2004年9~12月,在北京、上海、长春、成都、武汉、西安、广州、珠海、深圳对19所妇幼保健机构进行问卷调查。运用卡方检验对数据进行分析。结果①妇幼保健机构可分为三型保健临床合一型、保健临床相互独立型、保健所型;②医生学历以本科为主,年龄以中年为主,副主任医师、主治医师和住院医师的构成比大致相等;③保健科室医生的学历层次明显低于临床科室医生;④临床科室的妇幼卫生专业毕业生比例明显低于保健科室;⑤妇幼保健机构主要需要本科及以上学历的人才,其中妇产科和妇女保健科对人才的需求量较大。结论省市级妇幼保健机构的人才结构较为合理,但保健科室的人员学历逊于临床科室;今后妇幼保健机构将更需要高层次妇幼保健专业人才。

Abstract:Objective:To know the constitution of talents in maternity and child health care organizations and analyze the future requirement of them..Methods:A questionnaire survey had been carried out in 19 maternity and child health care organizations from September to December, 2004. These organizations located in cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Changchun, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xi'an, Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Shenzhen. Chi-square test was applied statistically.Results:①There were 3 different types of maternity and child health care organization: unification of clinic and health care, independence of clinic and health care, single health care. ②Most of doctors were graduate and aged from 30 to 45 years old. The percentage of house staff, visiting staff and associate chief physician were roughly equal. ③The academic career of health care doctors was obviously lower than that of clinical doctors. ④The proportion of clinical doctors graduated from speciality of maternity and child health care was obviously lower than that of health care doctors. ⑤All of the maternity and child health care organizations required the talents should be undergraduate or postgraduate. The most posts were attributed to department of gynecology and obstetrics and maternity health care.Conclusion:It is reasonable of the talent structure of maternity and child health care organizations of provincial level and city level. But the talent structure of health care section is inferior to clinical section. The higher-grade health care professional talent is more important for the development of maternity and child health care organizations.
