产后保健质量评估与需求研究

为了解北京市孕产妇产后保健的工作质量、效果和产褥期妇女对产后保健的需求，采用分层整群抽样 的方法，随机抽取１９９９年６～９月在北京不同地区妇幼保健院进行产后门诊检查的产妇，由统一培训的调查员对产妇进 行问卷调查。调查表用ＥＰＩ ＩＮＦＯ５．０统计软件进行录入、统计分析。结果，被调查的产妇产后访视率为８６％，其中有 产后访视的产妇中，８６％接受过２次及以上的访视，有７４．５％的产妇对访视表示满意。在产褥期困扰产妇的主要问题 有：新生儿常见病、小儿的喂养问题、恶露的问题、乳房护理的问题、新生儿护理问题、心理问题。产妇遇到问题主要 是采用打咨询电话、问有经验的亲属等方式予以解决。产妇对产后保健提出的建议主要包括希望增加上门服务及咨询电 话等项目。因此，为了使产妇平安愉快地度过产褥期，应进一步加强产褥期保健管理，提高合格访视率，按要求提供访 视服务及扩大访视服务内容。

Quality evaluation and need of puerperal health

In order to evaluate the quality and effect of postpartum care for maternity and comprehend the requirement of the mothers in postpartum period of Beijing, a adopt stratified cluster sampling, randomly selected the mothers taking postpartum check in outpatient service of MCH hospitals from June to September 1999, in different districts of Beijing. Taking the interview to these mothers with unified questionnaires by trained investigators. The data was analyzed with EPIINFO 5.0. The results showed that the ratio of postpartum care visit was 86%, in which, about 86% mothers got two or more times postpartum care visits. About 74. 5% mothers were satisfied with the visit. It was showed that the main problems perplexing the mothers in postpartum period were neonatal common diseases, the child feeding, abnormal lochia, breast care, neonatal care problems, and postpartum depression problems. The mothens solved these problems mainly by hotline or asking experienced relatives. The suggestions on postpartum care made by these mothers were increasing the items of service of postpartum care visit and hotline. The authors think that in order to let delivered mothers have a safe and hyppy life during postpartum period, many things should be done such as strengthening the management to the postpartum care, improving the quality of postpartum care visit and increasing the items of services and so on.
