居民社区中医药卫生服务利用及影响因素分析

目的 了解山东省城市居民对社区中医药卫生服务需求的实际利用情况,并对影响因素进行分析.方法 对2 650名居民进行关于社区中医药卫生服务实际利用情况的入户调查,对收集的材料采用Logistic回归分析进行分析.结果 婚姻状况、文化程度及社区卫生服务机构是否提供中医药服务、医疗保险模式、健康状况和地区等因素对是否利用过社区中医药卫生服务有影响.结论 应拓宽中医药社区卫生服务的覆盖人群、提高居民对中医药社区卫生服务的认同感和加强特色社区中医药卫生服务机构的建设.

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Utilization and Its Influencing Factors Within Residents of the Community

OBJECTIVE It investigated the actual utilization of community Chinese Medical health services for residents in Shandong Province and analyzed its influences. METHODS A survey of 2 650 residents was done to investigate the actual use of community medical health services, and the data we collected is analyzed by logistic regression. RESULTS The utilization was influenced by mar- ital status, education background, whether Chinese medicine services were provided by the community health service institutions, health insurance pattern, health status, area and other factors. CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine community services should be enlarged the population coverage, traditional Chinese medicine community services should be improved residents＇ accep- tance, and traditional Chinese medicine community services should be strengthened characteristics.
