影响居民社区中医药卫生服务利用意愿的因素分析

目的通过对年龄15岁以上的山东省居民的社区中医药卫生服务需求利用意愿的调查，分析其影响因素。方法采用调查问卷的方式，对2340名15岁以上的居民进行关于社区中医药卫生服务利用意愿的调查，采用卡方检验和Logistic回归分析进行分析。结果对中医药服务的熟悉程度、喜爱程度、是否利用过社区中医药服务、收入以及社区是否提供中医药服务影响居民利用意愿。结论加强社区卫生服务机构的自身建设，筛选社区居民需求的中医药适宜技术，并提高居民对中医药卫生服务的满意度。

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Utilized Willingness for Traditional Chinese Community Medicine Health Services

OBJECTIVE The study aimed to estimate the demand and utilized willingness of the Traditional Chinese Medicine of 15 years old or older community residents in Shandong Province, and to analyze the influence factors. METHODS Using the method of questionnaire, conducted on community health services utilized willingness to use of Traditional Chinese Medicine on 2 340 residents 15 years or older, were analyzed by chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. RESULTS Traditional Chinese medicine services for familiarity, likeability, whether availed community medicine services, income, and the community whether provide the use of Chinese medicine services would be affected resident＇s utilized willingness. CONCLUSION Community health service institutions should strengthen the construction, Traditional Chinese Medicine appropriate technology should be screened for the needs of community residents, and Traditional Chinese Medicine health service satisfaction should be improved for community residents.
