社区卫生服务中计划免疫管理要素分析与工作规范的设计

目的 对社区计划免疫工作主要管理要素的内容和工作规范的设计予以阐述和分析。方法 通过研究资料、现场调查、召开相关人员会议等方法获得有关资料。结果 宝安区90％以上的社区卫生服务中心（站）开展了计划免疫工作，且总体运转情况较好．但制度不健全、管理不规范、设备不完善和关系不协调等现象仍普遍存在。运转现状对制定完善的社区计划免疫工作规范．完善社区卫生服务管理理论体系提出了客观要求。结论 试行规范、完善的社区卫生服务管理体系，对促进社区计划免疫管理具有重要的意义。

Analysis of Administrative Factor and Design Criterion on Immunity of Community Health Service

OBJECTIVE To explain and analyze administrative factors of immunity and design criterion. METHOD Obstain the required data from scientific research,community-based investigation,relatived meeting,information inquire,etc. RESULTS Immunity clinic has been developed in more than 90% Community Health Service Station in Bao'an District,and have been working well generally. But there still are many nonstandard phenomenon existed,such as incomplete system,nonstandard adminster,equipment faulty,inconsonant relationship. All of these shortages demand a standard criterion of community immunity and managing system. CONCLUSIONS The crierion is very important for perfect managing system and promote the level of community health service.
