基层医生满意度影响因素的因子分析

目的对基层医生满意度影响因素进行分析,为提高基层医生满意度水平提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对180名基层医生开展自填式问卷调查,进行基层医生工作满意度的因子分析。结果经过因子分析,抽取特征根值〉1的8个因子,可解释总方差的66.33%。按影响大小依次是职业发展、福利待遇、团队合作、管理制度、负担及风险、社会地位、胜任感和医患关系。从不同类别来看,年龄越大、职称越高者满意度越高;女性满意度高于男性;大专学历者满意度最低。结论政府及卫生服务管理者应努力改善影响满意度的各类因素,并关注不同类别医生间的差异,采取有针对性的措施切实提高基层医生的满意度水平。

Factor Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Satisfaction of Primary Care Doctors in Guangdong Province

OBJECTIVE To analysis the influencing factors of primary care doctors in Guangdong Province, and provide scientific basis for improving the satisfaction degree of primary care doctors. METHODS A total of 180 primary care doctors from 15 cities were chosen to fill in a self-designed questionnaire, which was designed by ourselves, and factor analysis was performed. RESULTS After factors analysis, 8 factors with eigenvalue more than 1 were extracted, which accounted for 66.33% variance. The sequence of factors affecting satisfaction was as follows： professional development, salary and welfare, team cooperation ; management system, burden and risk, social status, sense of self-competence, doctor-patient relationship. The older the age was, the higher position was got, and the higher satisfaction degree was got. The satisfaction degree in the female is higher than that in male. The doctors who received junior college education show lower satisfaction degree than doctors with other educational background. CONCLUSIONS The government and administrators should try to improve the satisfaction of primary care doctors and pay attention to the difference among different groups.
