深圳市宝安区未婚女工生殖健康服务需求与利用调查

目的调查分析深圳市宝安区未婚女工的生殖健康需求与利用情况,为完善生殖健康体系提供建议。方法采用随机抽样的方法对深圳市宝安区3所工厂内未婚女工进行问卷调查。结果未婚女工迫切需要正确的性教育知识,渴望得到避孕知识咨询服务;未婚女工居住地生殖健康服务可及性差;未婚女工希望通过厂区社康服务中心开展易于接受的健康教育获得相关知识。结论未婚女工生殖健康需求不同于其他人群,应区别对待;应采用相对容易接受的方式开展相关生殖健康服务;此外,应加强健康服务宣传力度,提高健康服务的可及性。

Requirement and Utilization Research of Unmarried Women Workers' Reproductive Health Service in Bao'an District,Shenzhen City

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analysis the reproductive health care demand and utilize situation of unmarried female worker in Baoan district of Shenzhen, offer suggestions on which perfect the healthy reproduction system of women floating population.METHODS This study was designed as a randomized sampling at three factoies in Bao’an area,Shenzhen City,and a structured questionnaire was conducted among those samples. RESULTS Unmarried famale worker need correct knowledge about sex,and contraceptive knowledge urgently. The reproductive health service reachability of unmarried female worker is relatively worse; The unmarried female worker wish to get heath knowledge from community healthcare service center in factory through an agreeable method.CONCLUSIONS Because the reproductive health care demand of unmarried famale worker is different from others,different approach is needed. In addition,use a relatively agreeable way to carry out reproductive helth education,and strengthening the reproductive health propagating and to improve service reachability is also needed.
