| 摘 要： | 实施双向转诊制度对于优化卫生资源配置、降低医疗费用、调节病人合理流向和逐步解决群众＂看病贵,看病难＂的问题具有深远的意义。通过分析城市双向转诊制度的实施现状及存在的问题,找出解决问题的办法,探索建立规范的双向转诊制度,从而为城市社区卫生服务工作可持续发展提供参考。
