新冠疫情下某医学高校本科生心理健康状况研究

目的:调查广西医科大学在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的本科生心理健康状况,为更好地进行学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:使用广泛性焦虑量表和抑郁症状群量表,对485名本科生进行电子问卷调查,分析比较不同人口学背景及基本情况下焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪的发生率。结果:焦虑情绪发生率是40.7%,其中轻度、中度和重度焦虑发生率分别是36.2%、4.3%和0.2%;抑郁情绪发生率是46.0%,其中轻度、中度、中重度和重度抑郁情绪发生率分别是33.3%、10.1%、2.0%和0.6%。专业因素、盼望开学程度及学生身体健康状况与焦虑情绪具有显著相关性。学生身体健康状况与抑郁情绪具有显著相关性。结论:大学生在新冠肺炎疫情应激影响下,出现不同程度的焦虑和抑郁,专业因素及盼望开学程度(社交倾向)与学生焦虑情绪的产生有一定的关联性,学生的身体健康状况与焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪均有一定关联性,学校应该对学生进行心理干预或相关的教育疏导。

Research on the Mental Health of Undergraduates in a Medical University under the COVID-19 Epidemic

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mental health status of undergraduates in a medical college in Guangxi under the Corona Virus Disease 2019,and to provide evidence for better mental health education.METHODS Using the generalized anxiety scale and the depression symptom group scale,485 undergraduates conducted electronic questionnaires to analyze and compare the incidence of anxiety and depression in different demographic backgrounds and basic conditions.RESULTS The overall incidence of anxiety was 40.7%,and the incidences of mild,moderate and severe anxiety were 36.2%,4.3%,and 0.2%,respectively.Depressive emotions were detected in 46.0%of the students,and the incidences of mild,moderate,moderate-to-severe depression were 33.3%,10.1%,2.0%and 0.6%.There was a significant correlation between the anxiety and the professional factors,the degree of expectation for the new semester and the students’physical health.There was a significant correlation between students’physical health and depression.CONCLUSION Under the Covid-19 epidemic,college students had psychological problems of anxiety and depression of different degrees.There was a certain correlation between students’anxiety and their professional factors and expectation of starting school(social orientation),and students’health status and their anxiety and depression.Therefore,relevant departments of the university should carry out psychological intervention or relevant educational counseling for students.
