嘉兴市1212例建筑业农民工健康体检结果分析

目的了解嘉兴市建筑业农民工的健康现状。方法选择2012年11月-2013年3月在嘉兴市秀洲区某建筑工地务工的1212名建筑业农民工进行内科、外科、血压、肝功能ALT、B超（肝、胆、肾）和心电图检查，并对检查结果进行分析。结果1212名建筑业农民工中检出疾病或检查指标异常者571人次，占47．1％，依次为高血压、ALT升高、心电图异常、脂肪肝和肾结石，其中高血压、脂肪肝患病率随着年龄的增长而显著增高。结论建筑业农民工的健康状况不容乐观，亟需加强健康体检和健康教育，以保障建筑业农民工的身体健康，确保安全生产的落实。

Analysis of Health Examination Results among the 1212 Construction Peasant-Workers

bstract OBJECTIVE to understand the health status of migrant construction workers in Jiaxing. METHODS Samples selected from Nov. 2012 to Mar. 2013, 1 212 construction workers on the construction site of Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing Health examination items, including internal medicine, surgery, blood pressure, liver function ALT, kidney stone, kidney cyst and electrocardiogram （ECG）, etc. The examination result was analyzed by using SPSS. RESULTS for the 1 212 workers examined, disease or check index was abnormal for 571 people, accounting for 47.1%, high blood pressure was checked abnormal ranked to low are high, elevated ALT, abnormal electrocardiogram （ECG）, fatty liver, kidney stones, renal cyst; especially, high blood pressure, fat liver increased significantly with the age growth. CONCLUSION health status of migrant construction workers is not optimistic, there is urgent need to strengthen health check-ups and health education, to ensure the health of migrant construction workers and the implementation of the safe production.
