| 摘 要： | 目的探索社区高血压患者接受规则治疗的依从性。方法对社区116名监测高血压患者进行问卷。结果由社区卫生服务中心(站)诊断为高血压总数为77人(66．38％)；接受规则治疗的人数为89名(76．72％)；患者在社区卫生服务中心(站)接受规则服药依从率为80．18％。结论高血压患者接受社区医生指导下的规则治疗依从性较高，这对控制社区高血压患者病情具有积极作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the community hypertension patients accept the compliance of the regular treatment.METHOD Household questionnaire survey for 116 research patients.RESULTS 77(66.64%)of the all research objectives had been diagnosed by community health service center(station)89(76.73%)investigation patients taken the drug per day.The compliance that the patients accepted regulation cure in community health service center(station) is 80.18%.CONCLUDSION The proportion that hypertension patients accepted the compliance of regulation treatment under the community doctor instruction is higher,wiche is pay active role in controlling the state of an illness of community hypertension patients. |
