某干休所离休干部不良生活方式健康干预效果评价

目的评价干预效果,根据实际效果提出需要改进和加强的措施。方法采用体检分析和问卷法进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果实施健康干预一年后,离休干部的各种不良生活方式持有率均有明显下降,健康知识与行为均较干预前有明显提高,该人群中高血压和高尿酸血症比例有了明显下降。结论该人群的自我保护意识和保健意识明显增强,说明健康干预工作取得了一定的成效。对单一的"不良生活方式"影响因素的健康问题干预效果比较显著;对复杂的"不良生活方式"影响因素的健康问题干预效果不明显。
