| 摘 要： | 比较、分析了1997－1999年，世界银行－云南省妇幼卫生扶贫资金项目县的3岁以下儿童的肺炎死亡专率，分别结果显示：由于妇幼扶贫资金项目在现场县的顺利实施，促进了项目目标人群对5项服务的利用，因此3岁以下儿童的肺炎死亡专率有较为明显的下降，表明该项目已取得了较好的结果；达到了项目的预期目标，南华县与南涧县两种妇幼扶贫资金运作模式的区别在于南涧县3岁以下次贫困儿童也得到了妇幼扶贫资金的相应补助，结果显示南涧县3岁以下次贫困儿童的肺炎死亡专率的下降速率也较南华县次贫困组相应指标更快，因此从结果／结局指标来看，南涧模式要优于南华模式，但其扶贫资金的走出略高于南华县。

| Abstract: | Comparsion of the specify under 3 years old child death rate of pulmonitis in three counties of maternal and child health poverty alleviation fund program(MCHPAF) ,the results show that the death rate decreased sharply due to MCHPAF.The death rate of child in the poorer househood in Nanjian County decreased faster than the death rate in Nanhua County, so the Nanjian Mode of the MCHPAF is better than the Nan-hua Mode from the outcome indicator s perspective. |
