| Abstract: | The article attempts to analyze the existing problems in the new form of cooperative medical care system in the rural area. The problems include fund raising,compensating,management and services. After looking into the problems of fairness and efficiency in the system,and analyzing the root causes of the unde rlying jeopardy,the author provides some suggestions and solutions. |
