| 摘 要： | 分析了深圳市龙岗区农村合作医疗10年的费用使用情况。结果发现，龙岗区合作医疗镇办镇管、大病住院统筹的实施模式使各镇之间在合作医疗费用支付方面存在着较大的差异。龙岗区合作医疗支付的最主要疾病是泌尿生殖系统、呼吸系统、消化系统和循环系统疾病。这四大系统疾病占据全部医疗病种与资金支付的80％。加强社区卫生服务和进行区级统筹是未来合作医疗发展可供借鉴的模式。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the cost of cooperative medical care in the conducted rural areas of Longgang District of Shenzhen. The results indicated that there are differences in the development of economics and the fund raising. The main payments involved for hospi-talization were the diseases including urine and procreation system, respiratory system, digestive system and circulation system. Strengthening the community health service and funding control by the district (not just in township) are suggested for future. |
