| 摘 要： | 通过比较2000年和2008年调查数据,研究乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力的变迁情况,以分析乡镇卫生院医疗服务功能落实情况。研究显示：县、乡两级医疗机构相互影响的趋势有所增强,乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力有所发展,但承担基本医疗服务的能力依然不足。提示乡镇卫生院需要进一步基于基本医疗服务的功能定位,提升提供质优价廉基本医疗服务的能力。并建议探索县、乡两级医疗机构合作共赢的运行机制。 |

| Abstract: | Through the comparation of 2000 and 2008 survey data to identify the changes of the medical services capacity of township hospitals, for research on the implementation of medical services functions of township hospitals. Study show that the trend of interaction between county and township levels medical institutions has been enhanced, medical service capacity of township hospitals have in development, but the ability to take basic medical services are still inadequate.
