| 摘 要： | 回顾分析10年来深圳市龙岗区农村合作医疗的资金筹措与管理情况，发现全区各镇都能有效筹措到合作医疗资金，各镇之间因集体经济的实力不同而资金的筹措比例与报销比例亦有所不同。在资金的管理上，共同的特点是严格按照章程进行管理．章程根据需要不断进行修订。资金管理的要点在于抓住报销比例这一主要矛盾，确保有限资金得到合理运用。

| Abstract: | The paper reviewed the cooperative medical care foundation' s raising and management in the rural areas of Longgang District of Shenzhen in the past 10 years. It was found that every township could raise the funds smoothly even though the amount and the proportion were quite different. In terms of foundation management, every town could strictly control the reimburesment according to the constitutions which could be edited when it was necessary. |
