上海市黄浦区社区2型糖尿病患者慢性并发症现况调查

目的分析黄浦区社区2型糖尿病患者慢性并发症的发病情况。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法,从黄浦区社区糖尿病患者管理系统中收集病例516例,通过采用自行设计的问卷调查采集患者的慢性并发症资料。结果糖尿病患者中有慢性并发症者401人,总患病率为77.71%,其中心血管疾病、感觉神经病变、眼科疾病和脑血管疾病的患病率分别为64.92%、29.26%、28.10%和20.15%。女性心血管疾病、感觉神经病变和眼睛疾病患病率高于男性。2型糖尿病各并发症患病率随着年龄、病程的增长而呈上升趋势,在不同年龄段和病程中以心血管疾病患病率最高。结论社区糖尿病患者中慢性并发症的患病率明显升高,加大社区糖尿病患者并发症的早期发现和治疗的力度,可以防止或延缓并发症的发生,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

Cross-sectional Investigation of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitns Chronic Complications Among Community Residents of Huangpu District

OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of type 2 diabetes chronic complications among community residents of Huangpu District. METHODS 516 cases with type 2 diabetes in the diabtie management system of communities in Huangpu District were obtained by simple stochasie sampling. Self-designed questionnaires were employed to collect information concerning patients＇chronic complications. RESULTS The prevalence rate of the type 2 diabetic complications was 64.92% for cardiovascular diseases, 29.26% for sensory neuropathy, 28.10% for eye diseases, 20.15% for cerebrovascular diseases. The prevalence rate of whole complications was 77.71%. The prevalence rate of cardiovascular diseases, sensory neuropathy and eye diseases in female was higher than in male. The prevalence of type 2 diabetes complications rose along with the growth of the age and the course of disease.The prevalence of cardiovascular diseases were highest in different ages and courses. CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of type 2 diabetes chronic complications among community residents showed an increasing trend.To improve the efficacy of screening program and treatment in diabetic complications can prevent or delay the complications, and improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes.
