钟山县肺结核病人网络报告及转诊情况探讨

目的分析钟山县2004—2010年非结核病防治机构网络直报肺结核病人转诊与追踪情况,探讨提高病人发现水平的措施。方法对钟山县结核病控制工作月报表、季报表和疾病监测信息管理系统数据进行分析。结果钟山县2004—2010年各级非结防机构网络直报肺结核病/疑似肺结核病人的转诊到位率和追踪到位率分别为55.19%和45.19%,总体到位率为73.44%;转诊到位率由48.45%上升到65.66%,追踪到位率由24.81%上升到64.43%,总体到位率由58.49%上升到87.79%;非结防机构转诊病人的活动性肺结核病检出率为78.45%。结论加强宣传教育,尤其是综合医疗机构门诊医生对肺结核病人的宣传教育,加强综合医疗机构对肺结核病人的报告、转诊工作,是提高肺结核病人发现的重要途径。

Study on Report and Referral of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Zhongshan
