| 摘 要： | 目的了解兰州市离退休老年人生活质量现况，探讨其可能的影响因素。方法随机抽取兰州市578名离退休老年人．使用相关问卷进行问卷调查。结果兰州市离退休老年人慢性病患病率为90．31％；主观生活满意度良好的占46．19％，中等的占38．58％，较差的占15．23％；文化程度、经济收入、配偶情况、慢性病、睡眠和膳食营养是影响离退休老年人生活质量的因素。结论采取综合性措施，加强对老年人的关爱，注意膳食指导和干预，对提高离退休老年人生活质量、有针对性地制定老年人卫生保健措施具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the current situation and the influencing factors of quality of life among retired elderly people in Lanzhou. METHODS Data was collected by randomly selecting the participation of 578 elderly subjects from in Lanzhou city. RESULTS Among the 578 subjects, 90.31% has chronic diseases, 46.19% subjects feel good in the subjective life satisfaction, mid-level and low-level are 38.58% and 15.23% ; the factors of education, economic situation, spouse situation, chronic diseases, sleeping and diet and nutrition affect the quality of life of the retired elderly people. CONCLUSION It needs enhancing the care of elderly, attending diet guidance and intervention by using comprehensive measures to improve the quality of life and develop the health care for elderly specifically. |
