| 摘 要： | 目的调查武威市慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者应用抗病毒药物的依从性。方法随机选取武威市3家区级医院的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者进行问卷调查,用χ2检验作统计学分析。结果 672例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中,规范应用抗病毒药物者248例,占36.9%,影响治疗依从性的主要因素为对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒治疗认识不足、经济承受能力差、害怕药物副作用和医师肝病防治知识有限等。结论武威市慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性较差,加强各级医师的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎防治知识培训,加大经济投入,进行健康教育可有效提高患者治疗依从性。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investgate the chronic hepatitis B patients＇ compliance to the anti-virus therapy in Wuwei City. METHODS Choosing 667 chronic hepatitis B patients rondomly, a questionnaire was sent to these patients, the results were analysed with chi- square test. RESULTS 248 patients （36.9%） can use anti-virus medicine according the doctors advice, the effective factors were： patients have a poor awareness status of anti-virus therapy, those medicines were expensive and doctors don＇t have enough knowledge on hepatic diseases. CONCLUSIONS the compliance rate is very low among the chronic hepatitis B patients to the anti-virus therapy in Wuwei City. Increasing doctors training courses, increasing economy help for these patients, and setting up a manegement model in Wuwei City can increase patients＇ compliance rate to the anti-virus therapy . |
