| 摘 要： | 本研究应用ＩＨＡ、ＩＦＡＴ和ＥＬＩＳＡ法诊断技术，对采自本站日常门诊１３０份人血清进行弓形虫抗体检测，对其敏感性和特异性等指标进行比较，结果是ＩＨＡ、ＩＦＡＴ和ＥＬＩＳＡ的弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为６．９２％（９／１３０）．８．４６％（１１／１３０）和１５．３８％（２０／１３０）。３种试验方法以ＥＬＩＳＡ较敏感和特异，总符合率为８２．３１％。３种方法阳性率（％）之比为１００．００．１２２．２５：２２２．２５。ＥＬＩＳＡ法的稳定性，重复性和特异性优于ＩＨＡ法，而且操作简便、反应快速，不需特殊仪器设备，还可目测结果，试验成本低廉，便于推广和应用。

| Abstract: | This paper reports theapplication of IHA,IFAT and EItISA sero-diagnostic techniques to the detection ofantibodies against toxoplasmosis in 130outpatient's sera.The sensitivity andspecificity of the above three tests have beencompared.The resuIts showed that thepositive rates of IHA,IFAT and ELISA were6.92%,8.46%and l5.38%respctively.Thecoincident rate of three tests was 82.31%.The ratio of the positive rates of theabove three tests was 100.00:122.25:222.25.ELISA method was higher more thanIHA in reproduciblity,sensitivity andspecificity. The results indicated that ELISAwas not only more sensitive and specific,butalso more simple and feasible. |
